1. 1. Most of the forms have a SUBMIT button in the bottom right corner of the document that will email it to the appropriate staff member.
   2. Print out the necessary form and fill in the required information.  Scan the completed form to your device, then submit via email (jenni@ccgcd.org), fax (830.816.2607), or mail to the District.

   3. Download, fill out, and apply digital signature to the form. Once completed, email the form with all other pertinent information attached.  Send or share to jenni@ccgcd.org.
   4. All forms that mention OPERATING PERMIT in the title require a notary stamp and cannot be submitted through the website.  The documents can be scanned in after being completed and notarized to send via email.  Send to jenni@ccgcd.org.
