Jeremiah H. Leibowitz

Jeremiah is the principal attorney of Leibowitz Law PLLC in Boerne, Texas advising landowning families on wills, trusts, probate, estate planning, water and mineral interests, and conservation easements all as part of a holistic succession planning process. Additional areas of practice include strategic philanthropic giving and nonprofit advising.

Before returning to private practice, he served as the first executive director of Cuenca Los Ojos, a binational nonprofit managing a 125,000-acre wildlife preserve along the U.S.–Mexico border, and as General Manager of the 30,000-acre El Coronado Ranch in southeastern Arizona. He also previously served as the land conservation director for the Texas Agricultural Land Trust and the California Rangeland Trust.

Jeremiah holds a J.D. from St. Mary’s University School of Law and a B.S. in Agricultural Development from Texas A&M University and is a Marine Corps veteran.
