August 10, 2026

The Board of Directors of the Cow Creek Groundwater Conservation District (CCGCD) convened the Workshop Meeting in the District Board Room located at 9 Toepperwein Road, Boerne, Texas.

 

Directors Present:

Curt Campbell – District 4 (President)

Ben Eldredge – District 3 (Treasurer)

Milan J. Michalec – District 2 (Asst. Secretary/Treasurer)

 

Directors Absent:

Bob Webster – District 1 (Vice President)

 

  1. Call to Order: Workshop called to order at 4:07 PM.
  2. Pledge of Allegiance: Led by Director Campbell.
  3. Establishment of a Quorum: A quorum was established with 3 out of 4 directors present.    
  4. Public comment: No public comment.
  5. Workshop on the Draft 2026-2027 District Budget and 2026 Tax Rate.
  6. Workshop on a collaborative education/outreach project with Kendall County. No updates; Kendall County has been working on their budget. Micah will be meeting with the County on Wednesday.
  7. Action, if any, from the workshop(s). No action at this time.
  8. Adjournment: The workshop was adjourned at 4:32 PM.
