The Board of Directors of the Cow Creek Groundwater Conservation District (CCGCD) convened the Workshop Meeting in the District Board Room located at 9 Toepperwein Road, Boerne, Texas.
Directors Present:
Curt Campbell – District 4 (President)
Ben Eldredge – District 3 (Treasurer)
Milan J. Michalec – District 2 (Asst. Secretary/Treasurer)
Directors Absent:
Bob Webster – District 1 (Vice President)
Allan P. Bloxsom III – At Large (Secretary)
- Call to Order: Workshop called to order at 4:13 PM.
- Pledge of Allegiance: Led by Director Campbell.
- Establishment of a Quorum: A quorum was established with 3 out of 4 directors present.
- Public comment: No public comment.
- Workshop on the Draft 2026-2027 District Budget. Possible tracking for line items that accrue-Micah will talk to David (District CPA) on whether this is feasible.
- Workshop on a collaborative education/outreach project with Kendall County. Work on having 20 or more press releases/blurbs for Boerne Radio.
- Action, if any, from the workshop(s). No action at this time.
- Adjournment: Workshop was adjourned at 4:50 PM.
