Occupation: Logistics Program Analyst

Milan J. Michalec is a retired veteran and currently works as a Logistics Program Analyst at Randolph AFB. He is serving a third term on the Cow Creek Groundwater Conservation District as Director of Precinct 2, a position he was first elected to in 2006. He is the District’s President. According to Milan: “As we cope with unprecedented growth in Kendall County, we must recognize our water sources begin with a single drop that falls from the sky.”
